The third quarter of 2021 saw notable trends in the performance of the top business apps on the Android platform in El Salvador. Here’s a closer look at the weekly downloads and active users of the leading applications: Zoom Workplace, Google Meet (original), Microsoft Teams, Tecoloco.com - Job Search, and Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver.

Zoom Workplace experienced a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 6.2K at the end of June and peaking at 8.9K in the final week of September. Weekly active users for the app showed a consistent increase, rising from around 96.9K to 115.6K over the quarter.

Google Meet (original) also saw varying download numbers, starting at 5.5K in late June and reaching a high of 8K in mid-August. The app’s weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating slightly around the 105K to 118K range throughout the quarter.

Microsoft Teams had an upward trend in weekly downloads during July, peaking at 7.9K at the end of August before declining to 2.8K by the end of September. The app's active users increased from approximately 80.8K to 91.6K over the same period, despite some fluctuations.

Tecoloco.com - Job Search saw relatively stable download numbers, averaging around 1K downloads per week with minor variations. Weekly active users for the app hovered between 3.8K and 4.3K throughout the quarter, showing a slight decline towards the end.

Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver showed a significant increase in weekly downloads, starting at 486 and reaching 1.4K by the end of August, before stabilizing around 1K in September. The app’s weekly active users remained steady, fluctuating around 8.4K to 9.7K during the quarter.
